I was the here saying I will hold mr. Hayes to a standard. I believe in Epgl the more I read I hate. Details always disclosed, coo and jnj for example. I also feel that "joe" looked up the patent and found out the truth, however on the same day they were tweeting. No problems with the tweet or situation. So when I found out the news of course I was suprised and disappointed not that it got disapproved rather the company didn't inform us. Then Judy no offense say if u want the news email them? No they should email us. Then 4 days later they post a Twitter message u heard it here first? What did we here some claim 8 might be ok? What is claim 8 how does it effect us? But instead u heard it here first. Should have been a ? No follow ups with jnj. More patents more denials imho
