Jp2011, funny you should ask. I have not seen anything posted on the Public Pair Website. But I e-mailed Dr Kerisha Bowen, the Patent Agent Dentons assigned to prosecute the patent applications.

I provided Dr Bowen with a potential argument to counter one of the examiner's reasons for not allowing some of the claims. Dr Bowen kindly responded and indicated she would take the information under advisement. Whether they incorporate my suggestion remains to be seen.

I will let the board know if I learn anything.

On a side note: Abbvie's Priority Review Voucher appears to be still in play. It has not been used, yet, and a number of products previously cited by analyst as its potential use have advanced without using the voucher and are no longer in contention. It also seems like using it on a the next Generation HCV would be a waste and would most likely not get the return to justify the $350 million they spent.
