I don't have enough info or have done enough DD to speculate DarthY. To me IMO its a positive thing no matter what the strategy is. It allows IMO security for the parent company to have a subsidiary if that is the route. Example if CBD and THC are not both reduced to schedule II then one can be legal (keep in mind my lack od DD apologies up front) while the other is not and still operates nuy if shut down the company still survives. MJN@ has been a master at this the past few years. Or......pre negotiations have already.been completed where company HQ with local government is in that area and its all a go!!! Got to be many more scenarios but Again IMO all positive whichever it is.
