The ban coincided with Diane Dalmy's role in paying Windfall Communications LLC for a paid promotion for Genova Biotherapeutics Inc (GVBP). According to disclosure statements, Diane Dalmy paid Windfall Communications LLC $6,000 on behalf of GVBP to promoted GVBP starting on September 10, 2009.

Genova Biotherapeutics Inc (GVBP) got suspended by the SEC on September 23, 2009.

Winfall Communications LLC was run by Brian Cook and Trevor Justus both of Colorado (same state as Diane Dalmy). Turns out that Cook and Justus were college buddies of APS insiders Aaron Lamkin and Scott Gelbard and their business associate, Jeff Koslosky.
