Yup but tying the sale of Banco Novo to this one and implying that institutions are buying this are outright lies. Mutual funds & institutions are bagholders. Not SUGGesting in any way, shape or form you are doing that, but that was the tone of the board.
Also, first those entities in your post got the "Q". This doesn't have the Q yet. As it is, this bank cannot accept deposits nor make loans. In effect, they are already sit down.
