Great point! There is no way to get the oil to market anytime soon, further, its possible it wasn't a stand alone discovery and wells will be have to drilled across the block. Why would they put up a production tree right now, I think it's certainly possible they found oil, and plugged the well because it won't be produced anytime soon. It's possible just like the bad reporting about the Tullow discovery, that Cepsa is in the same boat, found oil, not going to produce anytime soon, plug the well and then begin strategizing about further drilling in the block. As has been said many times, we don't know anything until ERHC tells us what is going on.
