Bruce Perlowin has signed an agreement with Ron Almadova of Agri-Tech Farms, LLC. The 2016 hemp crop will be grown on Almadova's land in Tonopah, Nevada." Per the agreement, Mr. Almadova has agreed to grow, harvest, and transport the hemp to specified processing locations.

The planting of the hemp crop will be completed by today, July 12, 2016, according to Almadova. And by early October, 2016, the harvest will be complete. Currently, CEO Perlowin is traveling to North Carolina to oversee the final stages of the company's industrial hemp plant operation. While in route, Perlowin is touring, with Michael Whalen, President and Founder of Nevada Hemp Association, potential acreage in Arizona and North Carolina to grow hemp. Thus far, Perlowin is interested in 7,000 acres near Flagstaff, Arizona.
