FWIW... I have been a CMKX shareholder for about 2 yrs., and both TDAmeritrade and Etrade are suspected to have massive shorts in CMKX shares, and they are holding up the process of resolving the CMKX issue. So maybe they got caught short in IPRE also!

I have no Buying or Selling issues (so far), as I am with optionsXpress, so I have no experience with TDAmeritrade or Etrade, other than what other traders say about them.
