What I find really amusing is how one day the company is bashed because the Management is bad (of which I agree), then Management starts to get shuffled out and you bash it because they're leaving.

So what you are saying is that Falk (who attended Palomar College), and Putnam (who graduated from Brigham Young University ), can manage CFO responsibilities better than a Columbia MBA graduate, who worked at Deloitte & Touche?
