GRNH So IMO what we have here is a reverse merger with an non operational gold company which is already listed on the exchange. It saves so much time do this and avoids so much red and paperwork and zoning and laws it's just the best way to enter an exchange. Buy controlling interest in a "shell company" which is not even operating and then just change the Ticker and business. A lot easier than statring from scratch and seeking g government approval to even be listed in the first place. Smart move.
