The whole patent in reference is about contact lens wireless communication which claim 8 now , soon to be claim claim 1 would cover all grounds once allowed. Claim 8 is basically the whole patent in one statement and we can expect it to be approved. This is good news.
It's funny it's said its a failure, just because it says "final rejection" fact is it will be approved when rewritten and submitted. Nothing final about it in the sense of what some would lead us to believe.
Claim 8:
"The system for contact wireless communication of claim 1, further comprising an antenna assembly adapted to greatly amplify the wireless signal transmitted and received, wherein a lens antenna is positioned on the outer perimeter of said contact lens, a top antenna is positioned in an external device cap, and a bottom antenna is positioned in said external device."
