That would be some trick for ELTP

Since all their cash and then some is being deployed towards R&D, they'd need LPC to dump shares in the market to generate Capital to buy them back... simply a joke

Also, a great majority of penny stocks, of which ELTP is one, approve these share buybacks but rarely follow thru with more than token purchases. For the most part, they are used to hype shareholders into buying more shares thinking they are going to make a large buyback
