Until 3 months ago, Kalo had no conduit to manufacture the key components for healthcare delivery.

Question is does ITD have the capability, are they ready, now?

I would not hand over a dime until the above is confirmed.

Maybe ITD is building something as we speak?
Or maybe the whole dream is dead..
