Sammy the Bull, how do you know this to be true??? Did you personally go by there? I talked to someone else in the building yesterday and was told that there are several businesses located in suite 300. I was told that there are several lawyers located there. Can you give some more details on what you alledgedly found out. Thanks.

They were required to change the name with the Secretary of State of Delaware before they could file the 10k.

They have done it.

Read their last 8k it tells you they had to follow the State of Delawares laws first

actually, I was overwhelmed by her helpfulness, and didn't have it in me to ask if CVSU really had an office or just a mail drop, because it sounded like an office there, and I didn't want to insult anyone.
