On the other hand, VitaminFIZZ is now the core business of Minerco and it needs released and produced.
The impediment to this Summer release was what everyone has been yelling about for over 6 months.
Delayed for Summer release because of:
If Union Capital was allowed to proceed, Minerco would be further down the rabbit hole with no VitaminFIZZ on shelves.
That process has been stopped, until some type of Agreement between the other Financial Partners can eliminate or change UC's mind.
This was clearly outlined in the recent Letter to Shareholders by the Chairman
Further Note: VitaminFIZZ was already scheduled for a National Account 1 year ago until certain members of the Co-Founders decided they might be able to do a better job with VitaminFIZZ and take it from Minerco. Take it after shareholders had paid $2M dollars.
If that would have happened, this stock would be worth absolutely nothing today. All of our thousands of dollars would have been a guaranteed loss.
