How does that link apply to anything VPER is doing? Everything there is Verizon. Verizon's equipment can be mounted on the same pole as VPER/Apollo's equipment? If VPER or Apollo is reselling Verizon solutions, that's completely fine, but $37,000 isn't going to help anybody and they need to provide details on their relationship with Apollo. I'm sure they will when they release news next month.
