If we are unable to raise sufficient funds through the Chicago Venture transaction and/or generate sales sufficient to service the remaining TCA debt then we will be unable to avoid another default. Failure to operate in accordance with the various agreements with TCA could result in the cancellation of these agreements, result in foreclosure on our assets in an event of default which would have a material adverse effect on our business, results of operations or financial condition.
