Hey Ania...the one question I still don't have a sense of is why BIND is invested in remaining in the Nasdaq. I think if we look at a continued listing as the outcome, we might be able to fill in the blanks...I.e...Pfizer is taking over intellectual property and an RS will move into what remains. Not sure what other scenario would keep them listed and / or how they meet listing requirements otherwise.
