Just ran across this company, which is now going on four years delinquent.

I noticed that they filed an 8-K noting a NI-43-101 report that was prepared on a property. I believe they also had one done on another. That said, the co is based in Canada and the properties are in Canada. But, as they file (well, nothing audited since mid-2013) with the SEC, their reports should follow SEC Industry Guide 7 standards.

I don't see anything that says these were taken care of. This stock has been a Scam from the get go.
