I was impressed. That the Center for Strategic and International Studies is interested in their work is encouraging. That it would add $.05/Kwh to the price of generation is not too good. Coal and gas account for 61% of generation in 2014. They are also the lowest cost methods of generation; so maybe they could absorb this (~$.075 to $.11 /KwH). They talked about implementing this on a massive world wide scale. The world will need to continue using coal and gas for some time; so I think this is attractive. Look at CCTC also!
