Magna now has majority control of AMBS

This is very bad news. I know something about how Magna operates and I would never want such unscrupulous persons connected to any venture I was considering getting into. Besides just plain poor management on GC's part, Magna is the other key reason I would not touch AMBS with cattle prod.
