Plus, I believe that shares currently being converted and sold into the market (100 million in the last 6 weeks), benefitted LBSR over 6 months ago, and does nothing for them now.

Or does the OS number that Eli posts include shares bought as private placements? And is there any way to tell the difference?

I am sure I will be set straight on this.
