Not being a lawyer and especially not a patent lawyer, so much of this is legalize back and forth trying to prove and disprove based upon case law. Overall, I did not find Bungie's rebuttal all that compelling. Should be interesting to see how this all plays out, especially in the context of SCOTUS seaming to look more closely at the PTAB.
