The silence thing is killing us. The explanation for leaks, is that this is not like McDonalds buying Burger King. There is International Governments, TSA and additional pending contracts, Pending contracts, potential suitor competition, Terrorism etc... Bottom line, a lot of involved entities that make confidentiality a top priority.
