Disagreed! That non-reporting peer had the exact situation with SAFC before it exploded to 0.0056 last week from the Real Bottom 0.0001 (total 4,260,643 shares dumped at 0.0001 v.s. SAFC has measly 20,000 shares manipulated at 0.0001). The only thing that company did was: it was reinstated with the registered state a couple of months ago! If SAFC does the same Reinstatement then it will hit 0.008764 (which is 43.82-Bagger Huge Gain from 0.0002) to match the Same Market Value with that non-reporting peer! That peer has much higher SS (338M/344M shares OS/AS) than SAFC (113M/220M shares OS/AS)! Also SAFC has a couple of Key USA Medical Patents v.s. that peer has no any patent at all! In fact SAFC already did Six Quick Bounces without any news nor any filing at all during the past one year period --- see the chart below:
