Well all people deserve an opinion. Even if its to attempt to SHORT a stock and/or create Negative atmosphere. Fortunately most legitimate intelligent investors won't listen. Most will do their own due diligence and buy instead of sell.
My opinion - LONG ARP - Value will return and the PPS will go HIGHER Thanks to wiser investors.
