The government, (the judges) haven't ruled yet. The auditors in court have said the allegations are baseless And without evidence... Sooooooo the only ones peddling this bullshit story are Ken Maciora (con artist already sued for fraud) and some individuals here. Not the government by any stretch of the imagination.
