I would like to think he wants to sell GILD in order to buy 8 Mill shares of CYDY, but he's probably wanting to buy a second mansion, or a third yacht

Gilead has seen a lot of insider selling in the past 2 years. This seems to be right in line with that trend so I probably wouldn't make too much of it. GILD has had a great run but will need to replace some of its expiring patents if they want to maintain their market cap. The insider selling is more of a "big picture" trade, imo.
