I guess we'll see; thanks for the insight. Note that I agree, 15MM as it stands alone doesn't sound like a lot for an OTC stock, but neither does $.50-$.70 pps or a 50MM OS and 300MM AS sound typical for an OTC stock/company.
Percentage wise, a 15MM increase is substantial and $7.5MM in stock value is a lot as well.
