I agree. 4 years of runway...8-12% interest dropped to 4%. Another 4 million cash infusion to spur growth. Good stuff IMO.

It is much better than I expected. Getting the rate down to 4 points is freekin AA rated bank rate territory. This opens up working capital immediately for Dan to execute on the expansion plan and the removal of senior debtor status indicates to the market that the lender has few worries about being paid. They have seen the books so it also portends improving financials. This is great news!
