Why would they appoint a "New Board" for a bank that is going to be liquidated? This thing is on life support & the plug will be pulled as soon as Novo Banco is sold. And this will get delisted.
The two remaining Board of Directors are not being replaced. Only the Chairman that resigned to take a position as Director with the Bank of Portugal. Tough decision. Stay as Chairman of a "Bad Bank" or become a Director of the Bank of Portugal. Hmmmmm...what to do?
