For some reason you seem to have that backwards. This "Kyle" has an extraordinary knack for acquiring permits, especially being a company with no achievements and no credibility in its + or - six years of existence. Makes one wonder what the magic touch really is? "Kyle's speciality is finding treasure" really? Based on what? Frankly, unless these following days of effort produce something this will go down in Fla. T.H. history as the grandest of folly.
