Here is a second email I received from the Chapter 7 BK of Tomas Kim. This one is from a different staff member other than the first response I got. She also sent me the info from Pacer. He has filed 4 times now. Each time he lets the maximum time allowed deadline to expire. He waits a while then files again. As she said, he's just trying to stall foreclosure.
The only way it could be a coincidence is if you were trying to deliberately link THIS Tomas Kim to being the Tomas Kim, CEO of NGCG. Is that were you trying to do?

The debtor has filed multiple cases. It appears that the cases are filed for the sole purpose of delaying/hindering a foreclosure. I anticipate this case will be dismissed.
