Management should address all these positive issues and explain why they took the action of going it alone and we are currently selling at 30 plus.

CP, I think it is time to get a less ES Cronie type BOD in place and the current setup does not allow it. I think there needs to be a SH friendly BOD in place. I understand the past argument that we need to protect the IP but I think we need to expand the BOD with non ES guys.

Since the current setup will not allow us a true vote on the BOD I think the Derivitive LS would allow us to put this team on notice yet not directly hurt the company if as Bungler described.
