No one is going to be diluting at these prices, so that figure for the most part is inaccurate. I bet there's a pump or a heck of a lot of PR's headed this way to get the price to at least above .002 to make it worthwhile for debt holders to convert.
That's beside the fact that a lot of folks have been waiting on the sidelines for their status to change to ride the way up.
Watch...since it's not coming up on Edgar's for people to be notified -- no one, other than this board and whoever happens to check OTC markets knows about this as of yet, so once this update gets traction, and they PR the news, IMO it'll likely start to move rather quickly!
Folks will be thinking along SPLI days ;-)
