No doubt that everything seems to be on a very positive track. I'm not questioning that. What I'm questioning is the pps trends, effect on news, and trying to figure what could be causing an inconsistency between pps and the news. Per the last filing:
Common stock, ($0.001 par value; 320,000,000 shares authorized, 53,332,576 and 38,037,120 shares issued and outstanding as of March 31, 2016 and June 30, 2015, respectively).
So about 15MM shares were increased to the OS in a 9 month period. There is also no information on the restricted shares in the share structure announcement. "Not available" means what exactly? We all know some shares were applied to the Mobeego acquisition. Son IMO, there are just some holes that aren't filled and my theory is that this is why the pps is not trending upward with the news which bodes terrible for shareholders.
