Yes, could be but it's odd because Epic Era does not seem to be in business anymore. The past President of Epic Era, Glen Jensen, is named in the suit but he left Epic and went back to his old company Agel. Ecosway is a Chinese firm as near as I can tell that was partnered with Epic. Since Epic is defunct I'm not sure how it sues anybody. Very confusing. The CEO could clear this all up with one tweet. Guess he's too busy.
