I will agree, you did warn others about management here. I didn't give these clown much of $$$ but was deceived by the crooks, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, not happening twice.

They R/S dropped the AS to 80M or so, preach up-listing and huge acquisitions, expansion, etc. then later increase the AS to 5B and tank the PPS. Pure scum bags, definitely not worthy of being called management more like the mis-management team.
