Exactly, there are people who have no interest in holding the stock. They are in it for the money. When the company issue these stock either as payment or convertible for fundraising, there is always this risk of the holders cashing out simply because they are making money.

As Surber put's it, he's trying to get rid of expensive money and replace them with cheap money. You can't say the market is totally uncontrollable. Stop issuing stocks as payment and stop using convertible to get funding things will be very different. However, the reality is the company is just about to turn profitable, and until then Surber doesn't have much choice in terms of fundraising or making payments needed to move the company forward.

Also, the float is rather low, a million shares being sold can swing the market which SAKL can be easily influenced by people with deep pocket. The price drop isn't a bad thing for those cashing out and getting back in again at 0.5. I think things will turn better when SAKL start generating profit and getting rid of all the convertibles or cheap shares out there and eventually increase float and trade volume. Things becomes harder to manipulate and the stock will be more desirable.
