I have been Here for a year and if you read the April Pr they discussed conversations with big pharma who reached out to them about this cancer antibody technology. And with this data the interest would be more than piqued. And you don't need a buyout if you get partnership with up front royalties which would be a huge boost for biei.
And the reason you can't is because there isn't one. Time constraints have nothing to do with it. Yes the process is time consuming. But if you look at avx$ beginning of 2015 when many loaded it was dollars by November.
I like others am putting together the pieces of a puzzle but I have been doing that here for almost a year so I might just be well informed enough to do just that. And I do have the medical expertise and knowledge in this area. And cancer is the hottest sector there is. Another than alz.
And I don't mind buying in big at .01 and waiting for a year to sell at dollars. I am patient and enjoy the tax savings.

I agree that a buyout is a stretch here but considering they have already had contact with big pharma, a lucrative partnership to cover costs may not be.
