1.)AMENDMENT TO THE CONFERENCE REPORT ON S. 524 OFFERED BY MR. COHEN OF TENNESSEE
Add at the end of title VII the following (and conform the table of contents accordingly):
SEC. 708. RESCHEDULING OF MARIHUANA UNDER THE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.), the Attorney General shall issue a final order that removes marihuana from schedule I, and places marihuana on schedule II, under section 202(c) of that Act (21 U.S.C. 812(c)).

2.)AMENDMENT TO THE CONFERENCE REPORT ON S. 524 OFFERED BY MR. COHEN OF TENNESSEE
Page 27, line 14, insert ‘‘, including but not limited to medical marijuana’’ after ‘‘pain treatments’’.
