You obviously have not even read the filings have you? At this point there is enough toxic debt to max out the A/S and then send the stock back down to zero again after the reverse split. You can bet the debt holders have already demanded the company spit the shares so they can dump more.

$100 million at $.01? You should buy as much as possible, there's no other bidders right now so it should be easy to load up.
