Unless they have something extremely huge in the future planned then 10 billion shares is just to much to hang on to, and show everyone that hey we are in the real world too.

An r/s in my opinion would be nice to see shortly after a "big announcement" whether it be the dea or Marlboro saying theyre partnering with Notis.

Why would they RS?

Because they'll soon max out their authorized capital. And because dilution is out of control.

Also because they've SAID they'll probably need to do it.
