Or they could want to invest somewhere else and not want to wait for the price to increase to make a faster profit.


Or they died and someone has cashed out their inheritance...


Or they have been taken to the cleaners by their ex and want what is owed to them...

That could be true but in order for them to sell at 1 someone has to buy them. So we have one that don't believe and sells and one that does believes and buys.
