That is simply because they have not yet filed their financials. I inquired and got the following reply from Horst "Once we file the appropriate financial information, which is hopefully very soon, you will understand why we were delayed".
Here is the latest reply. "We are doing our utmost to file the required Financial Information as soon as possible. Once we do so, especially you, will understand what the challenges are/were which we a desperately trying to solve."
