I would say this has a strong chance of dipping to the .03 area in the next few days, and perhaps rebounding to the 7-8 cent area after that.

Really surprised to see this fall so hard, but as you said, the preferreds are killers here. Not sure who was selling that 800 K, my guess is it has something to do with those. Or a promoter who got free shares.

do you remember SpongeTech, with all their ads in professional sports stadiums, and even CNBC ads in the morning at a pretty decent pre-market time slot???

and yes, they could also be found close by, at many Walmarts........at the Walmart near me, they were at the prime checkout location, go figure.....

I still regret not buying a sponge as a souvenir....maybe shareholders here could do the same and go on a giant slip-and-slide for the memories....
