They have been pursuing Frozen Pizza for what?? 10 years???
They haven't made a pizza in what, 10 years??? The few stores they had
all failed over 10 years ago. Their biggest source of income last 10 years
besides selling stock was 200k from the statute of limitations running out
on the debt to venders and employees they screwed. Tells you something.
They are going on a year talking about the brew house.. Tap house, etc
What company rents a restaurant in a strip mall, that used to be a bar/restaurant,
and pages rent and utilities for 10 plus months and never opens???
Don't forget, 10 years ago this guy had a Unique Pizza in California that went
bankrupt, like the other few that opened.
I think the Popiscakes thing is a diversion. The profit on them is probably
hardly anything. I bet the stores were given the display and first batch free
to try it and a way for UPZS to say they have them in so many places. the profit
on that would not pay Jim's salary.
The Salsa thing... The Salsa guy still runs the shows, street fair booth's etc
After Paying him, the booth, travel expenses, hotel rooms, food, etc, do you
really think there is much left over??? I know people that do the same, they
can make a nice paycheck doing that, but after they pay themselves, there
really is no "Profit" Its a gig to make a good weekend paycheck basically.
Dr Reddy????? Oh where are you???? We are on Year 2 of him involved in the Day to Day
running of UPZS. Haven't heard a peep from him. Maybe his day to day job
is figuring when to sell his shares after the stock gets pumped up some... what
else could he have been doing???
