Joe might eventually RM this into an offshore private company that his cronies and/or criminal family control and then p and d the shell and dump their shares on the unassuming. That's what Joe does. But, current holders here will likely experience some form of additional dilution in the process depleting their holdings further. As it sits currently, there aren't enough shares available, too many shares out, debt and defaults, and zero interest with nothing to pump.
