Because many shareholders had Over-Reacted to the Hotel Marion event! Thus they sold tens of millions of shares at 0.0003 ~ 0.0002... Someone even sold some fractional shares at 0.0001!

I believe the majority of sell-off caused by the Hotel Marion is over! And now we just need to get rid of those a-tick flippers in order to see 0.0016 ~ 0.0021 price levels again...
