The only thing that's predictable about an OTC penny stock scam is when there's something that's labeled "exciting", there will always be a P&D to accompany it.

I was posting this for another scam stock but it's so apropos for INOH because anytime a trader has called Goldberg, he always tells them how "excited" he is about his current promo, i.e., the ships are sailing, lightbulbs, water machines, toxic waste dumps, etc. This is followed by a P&D, Goldy & The Noteholders dump millions of shares on unsuspecting shareholders resulting in INOH falling back to No-Bid, then the inevitable RS.

I bet there's anything but excitement in the INOH camp right now, FINRA appears to be dragging their feet on the 1:1500 RS.
